The European Commission has issued a notice to stakeholders on the status of EU Waste laws in the event the UK leaves the EU without a ratified deal.
The notice makes reference to both packaging and packaging waste.
British Glass members who export from the EU to the UK should note the provisions described in the document however, given the events that have unfolded over the last few days, this could be subject to change.
