British Glass, together with more than 40 signatories from a range of organisations including packaging trade associations, major manufacturers, and retailers, has signed a letter from INCPEN (the Industry Council for Packaging and the Environment) to Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Michael Gove.

Code of Practice: Safe packaging and transport of empty glass containers


This 2018 code of practice supersedes the TEC 11 document and gives guidance to container manufacturers, packer fillers, merchants, equipment suppliers and logistics companies on the safe packaging and transportation of empty glass containers to customers.
