Responses to our membership survey were collated and analysed over the summer. While overall the response rate was down from last year, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive and is summarised in the this report.
There were also some excellent suggestions for improvement which we will be taking forward over the next year, including standardising committee email and meeting procedures, and more engagement with the wider membership and supply chain.
On the latter we hope that upcoming events next year such as our Recycling Summit and Net Zero Strategy Launch will engage more of the supply chain and we are looking at engaging the wider membership through focused sessions on broader areas – if you have any ideas for session subjects, please contact Jenni Richards - j.richards@britglass.co.uk.
