X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis Of Raw Materials For The Glass And Ceramic Industries. Part Ii: Instrumental Conditions And Calibrations (In Italian)

The conditions for X-ray fluorescence analysis of more than twenty elements are described. Optimization of the instrumental conditions (tube power, choice of crystals, collimators etc..), the elimination or the correction of interference effects between the elements, and calculation of the correct base-line of calibration, which takes into account the matrix effect, are described.
