Structural Interpretation Of The Low Temperature Reflow Of Borophosphosilicate Glasses Doped With Arsenic

Flow points betwen 700 and 940 degrees C were measured for several kinds of borophosphosilicate glass doped with arsenic. The results are explained by using the released structure model derived from analysis of the nuclear magnetic resonance spectra.
