Structural Analysis Of Ges2 Glass By Means Of Reverse Monte Carlo Simulation

The structure of GeS2 glass has been investigated by means of Reverse Monte Carlo (RMC) simulation. In the RMC calculation the interference function and radial distribution functions were compared with those obtained for real GeS2 glass by x-ray radial distribution analysis.
