Square-Wave Voltammetry As A Method For The Quantitative In-Situ Determination Of Polyvalent Elements In Molten Glass

A method is described which makes it possible to determine the total concentration of the multi-valent ion in-situ in a glass melt by an electrochemical method. The example taken is the quantitative determination of iron in a soda-lime-silica glass.
