Atlas by Tiama is a camera-based non-contact check detection system. It has been developed with the latest vision technologies to meet the increasing quality expectations of bottlers and the glassmaker's challenge to reduce job change times, with less technician skills. The system detects all checks that appear in the finish, heel, shoulder and base of glass containers. Its 16 integrated cameras allow a significant increase of the inspection area, especially int he base and shoulder. Thanks to the learning process that sets up directly on the production flow, Atlas is able to detect new checks and manage the false rejects automatically, without additional settings.
