Formation And Properties Of Sodium Indium Silicate Glass

Sodium indium silicate glasses can be formed containing a maximum of approximately 12 mol% In203. The addition of indium oxide to sodium silicate glasses increases their density, refractive index and glass transformation temperature and decreses their electrical conductivity.
