Combined Determination Of The Coefficients Of Mass And Heat Transfer In The Drying Of Synthetic Silicon Dioxide

A method based on the solution of differential equations for drying with variable coefficients of convective heat transfer has been used to determine the coefficients of heat and mass transfer of synthetic silicon dioxide under kinetic drying systems. The results obtained will be useful in the design of industrial dryers for synthetic silica.
