Calculation Of The Surface Tension Of Molten Borosilicate Glasses

The least squares method is used for determining the additivity factors for calculating the surface tension of melts of borosilicate glasses. The suggested method makes it possible to calculate surface tension of a melt with a standard deviation from the experimental values ranging within ± 11.6 x 10-3N/m.
