Anti-Corrosion Measures In Optical Glass Processing

Because of different corrosion resistance of various optical glasses, some of them will suffer corrosion on the polished surface. In the process of polishing and grinding, some faults on these components are so serious that they can be easily seen in reflected light, with slight faults visible at certain angles. Usually, these are called "traces" or "white specks". Four kinds of glasses have been chosen to conduct the anti-corrosion experiments in this paper, ZK5, ZK11, F6 and K9.
