An Analytical Study Contributing To The Understanding Of The Phenomenon Of Edge Corrosion Of Mirrors With Bevelled Edges (In Italian)

This paper describes a set of investigations performed on industrial mirrors cut, ground and bevelled at the edges, which some months after production gave rise to corrosion. The analytical investigations are based on optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray microanalysis.
