Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland have been named as a Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute, marking the seventh consecutive year the group has received the award in the UK.
It also marks the fourth year running that the company has received the award in Ireland.
Awarded by the Top Employers Institute, the prize demonstrates an employer’s excellence in the conditions created for workers at the company and the highest standards in human resources.
As part of the annual process to determine the award winners, Learning and development opportunities, career and succession, working conditions and the overall culture of the organisation are independently audited.
