Zippe Installs Cullet Plant At Wiegand Glas

Wiegand Glass is one of the largest container glass producers in Germany, with three container plants. At ist main factory in Steibach am Wald, Zippe won the order for a new cullet plant on a turnkey basis at the beginning of 2014, which was completed on schedule in 2015. Zippe's core business for around 100 years has been the development and construction of batch and cullet systems. This article provides an overview of the project and concludes on how the good quality of the cullet produced has had a positive effect on the quality of bottles made by the plant.
