White Aluminium Enterprises is expanding its architectural glass processing operations. The company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, recently purchased the first complete Bavelloni integrated pre-processing line in the Middle East, which is the largest of its kind. "We are increasing capacity by investing in new product lines. A double edger is necessary in order to complete the production flow without any bottlenecks", said Jabr Doshan, deputy general manager of White Aluminium. The customized line, which is scheduled for delivery by the end of 2006, features automatic loaders for large and small size glass sheets, a full double-edging line with diamond and polishing wheels on each side, an on-line, 6-head CNC horizontal drilling and milling line, and an unloading system.
