Waterford Wedgwood Agrees Cash Offer

Waterford Wedgwood has agreed a £39.9M cash offer to buy the glassware and ceramics company Royal Doulton. Royal Doulton closed its last UK factory in March 2004 and has been importing glassware from Indonesia since 2002.
