Voltammetric Studies Of Iron Doped Melt As A Tool To Study The Melt Structure

Voltammetric methods are frequently used to study the thermodynamics of redox equilibria as well as the diffusivities of polyvalent elements in glass melts. Most studies have been carried out in iron doped melts. Voltammetric methods enable to determine standard potentials of the redox pairs as well as diffusion coefficients of the polyvalent species at high temperature.
