Vitro - New Tempering Furnace

Mexican glass major Vitro S.A. de C.V. will launch a new tempering furnace at its plant in the county of Bierzo in the northern Spanish province of León. The project, involving a significant investment, will improve production capacity at the firm's plants in Bierzo, which employ more than 500. The launch ceremony will be attended by the director general of Vitro's flat glass division, Hugo Lara and the president of the autonomous region of Castilla y León, Juan Vicente Herrera.
