Vietnam's economy achieved a growth rate of 5.42% in 2013, a positive result in comparison to other countries in the region and elsewhere in the world. However, it was also a year of lower growth, when compared with previous years. This article examines the difficult trading conditions for Veitnam's glass industry and the work of its national trade association, Vieglass.
