[Vietnam] Bouncing Back - Vietnam'S Glass Processors Turn The Corner

Vietnam's glass processing markets have been heading towards a rebound with the country's higher BDP growth of over 6%, as estimated this year. The economic expansion has started to stimulate the slow-moving housing and construction sector, which is the driver of the building glass industry. In a latest move, after a slump in the past few years, a major glass processing company, Sado Group, made its debut in mid-2014 to substitute imports with manufacture of the country's premium quality processed glass at Bien Hoa city, in Vietnam;s southern Dong Nai province, about 20 miles from Ho Chi Minh city. This article gives an overview of a market that is at last looking forward to a more positive future.
