Vetrotech Saint-Gobain Introduces Larger Keraliter Sheet Sizes

Responding to demand from architects & builders seeking to incorporate larger interior glazing elements into their designs, Vetrotech Saint-Gobain (Auburn, WA, USA) is now offering its Keraliter FR-R & Keraliter FR-F fire-rated glass-ceramic in bigger sizes. The new 46in x 78in sheets join the company's current offering, which is 30in x 60in in size. "We can now accommodate larger designs," notes Brian Brunette, Vetrotech Saint-Gobain National Sales Manager. "This gives architects more freedom to use fire-rated glazing while still meeting the fire & impact safety requirements of local building codes." Keralite FR-R is a wireless, fire-rated glass-ceramic used in fire-rated locations such as transoms & borrowed lights. The material is a fire-rated glass-ceramic with surface applied safety film for high impact safety (CPSC Category II).
