Utilisation Of Cement Waste Products To Produce Glasses And Glass-Ceramics

During recent years special attention has been devoted to solving pollution problems during the manufacture of cement. Large amounts of waste substances are produced during manufacture and recycling represents the best option to reduce or minimise pollution. Laboratory studies have been performed using cement wastes, together with other common raw materials to produce glass with the appropriate compositions.
