The Use Of Spectrophotometry For The Control Of Colour Change In The Production Of Container Glass (In Italian)

Spectrophotometry is a rapid and precise colour control method that can be used directly during glass production. This method is particularly useful when rapid colour changes are to be done in a furnace producing container glass. Suitable colorimetric coordinates to evaluate colour differences are suggested and some practical examples are given.
