[Usa] O-I Plant Stays Shut

OI says its Toano plant in Virginia which closed for a Christmas break will not now start up again until the summer. 180 workers have been laid off. Speculators are blaming portfolio moves by A-B InBev from the Williamsburg plant further south to Carterville in Georgia.
