[Usa] Coca-Cola To Buy Stake In Bottler

Reports say that Coca-Cola is in talks to take over Coca-Cola Enterprises' N American operations which, in 2009, accounted for 70% of the bottler's total revenue. This step would signal a shift from Coca-Cola's earlier strategy of leaving its bottlers separate. Reports say that Coca-Cola is willing to pay around US$15BN including debt for the takeover of Coca-Cola Enterprises.
