Us Plant Installs Uk Recycling System

UK-based company Krysteline, has secured a contract to install one of its glass processors, which uses a glass implosion technique, at a recycling facility in PA, USA. The firm has a worldwide patent on the implosion process that reportedly renders glass sharp free, transforming waste products into valuable industrial products. The "Imploder" replaces traditional glass crushers such as hammer mills, impact crushers & jaw & cone crushers while consuming less than a quarter of the power. When integrated with a computer-controlled waterless purification system the Imploder delivers fine sterile glass crystals. LCL Industries has invested US$3M in the Krysteline Implosion system at its Deer Lake facility, as part of a $6M project to recycle 30,000/t waste glass pa. The installation system has reportedly been approved by the US Dept Env Protection.
