Urban Innovator Chooses Hansen

Bespoke curtain walling and a specialised sliding door system have been supplied by MagHansen, a part of the Hansen Group, to one of the world's most influential property developers, Urban Splash, a company that has scooped several awards and set new standards with the quality and inventiveness of its schemes that have often involved the conversion of disused industrial properties. This development is their first new-build residential project. The project is called Timber Wharf in Manchester. The regeneration company has created a mixed use development on eight storeys with apartments above live work/commercial space which includes Urban Splash's head office. The contract is worth £1.5M.
