Upper & Lower Grip-Handle Feature, Taking Into Account Centre Of Gravity. General-Use Bottle Range Developed From Universal Design

Japanese glass packaging supplier, Nihon Yamamura Glass KK, has launched 6 general use bottles as their first series of universal design products, emphasising the similar price range to conventional bottles. The concept of universal design has already been introduced to the Japanese bottle industry, but so far the "universal-design" bottles on the market tend to be more expensive because they are original bottles produced to differ from conventional types. Being aware of universal design principles, Nihon Yamamura Glass has designed basic bottles for general use. Lightweight, user friendly and slip-resistant, produced on existing manufacturing equipment, with costs similar to conventional bottles and wide acceptance as general use bottles are key factors in product development.
