Ecotecne, a specialist in ultrasonic industrial applications, has fully developed its own proprietary & innovative system for cleaning glass-related accessory equipment, such as moulds & neck rings. The cleaning effect is a combination of both chemical & mechanical action, brought about by the high-cavitation effect induced by piezoelectric- generated pulsed ultrasounds, designed to achieve maximum cleaning efficiency without tampering with the dimensions of the treated piece of equipment. The U/S methodology, better defined as Ultra Sound Assisted Chemical Cleaning, USACC, is applicable to any metal, as well as to any kind of glassworks: wine-beer, perfume-bottles, houseware, jars, lamps etc. The system has been brought to excellence by Ecotecne, in close collaboration with chemical firm Henkel Tech (IT) & mould maker Busellato.
