[Turkey] Pasabahce Lehr Investments

Car-Met has received further equipment orders from Pasabahce Cam Sanayii for the glassmaker's latest investments in Turkey, Bulgaria and Russia. This agreement is the result of a long relationship between the Italian hollow glass lehr manufacturer and the Turkish glassmaker. The investment consists in 20 lines for tableware production. Five are for Turkish plants in Kirklarelia, Eskisehir and Mersin, six to the Trakya plant in Bulgaria, and nine for Nizhny Novgorod plant in the Russian Federation. Each project involves several annealing lehrs of different sizes and a special decorating lehr with a direct and indirect heating system, developed specially to assure top quality in tableware decoration and working with heavy metals colours.
