Truseal offers 3A/13X & 3A siliportite molecular sieves for reduced condensation in insulating glass. These high-quality bead products are compatible with gas-filled IG units & help achieve very low dew points. For use with solvent-based sealants, the 3A/13X molecular sieves blend a synthetic zeolite of the type X & A crystalline structure to remove water & solvent residues after sealing the glass. The 3A molecular sieves are used to remove water & prevent condensation within insulating glass units using metal spacers. They are constructed of synthetic zeolite of the type 3A crystalline structure. 3A bead products are excellent for use in dual & single-seal units manufactured with solvent-free sealants.
