The company "VladVneshServis" spoke at the 12th International Exhibition of Glass Products 2010 and gave a snapshot of the Russian glass market. Details included The flat glass market, where production of sheet glass in the country grew in 2009 by 5.9%. In the first quarter 2010 production growth amounted to 8.8% over the same period in 2009. Average Russian prices of float glass began to return to pre-crisis level, however, prices of imports over the past 3y have changed slightly. Prices of exports in 2009 were on average 30% down over 2008. However, in 2010, prices are expected to rise.
