Glass Technology Services Ltd is offering two health and safety related training courses during 2001, which will be held at the Centre of Excellence for Glass in Sheffield. The NEBOSH General Certificate is a 10-day block course aimed at anyone involved in the management of health and safety within the workplace, together with compliance to legislation. The first course took place earlier in April but a second course will run from 15-26 October and costs £1000. The IOSH Managing Safely Course is recommended for people who have a responsibility for the health and safety in the workplace and manage risk and resources.
