Traceability & Recall: Igd Data Capture Form

The IGD has published a freely available supply chain issue management data capture form. Its publication follows recent experience showing that when an issue arises which requires investigation (ie, it is deemed to have become an incident), suppliers find themselves having to prepare different datasets for different customers. A form has therefore been developed to assist all food chain operators in their investigation of such issues by standardising, as far as possible, the dataset required to progress that investigation. It has been developed for all levels within the supply chain to facilitate the collection, collation & exchange of relevant information.
