A high speed production line needs a very fast palletiser which, in terms of packed bottles per minute, should always be 25% faster than production speed. This paper presents the latest version of the Emmeti's gripper type palletiser, usually combined with its multi-lane intelligent stacker, that do not require dedicated operators. Significant cost savings can be made during the operating life of the system.
