Tin Penetration Profile In The Bottom Surface Of Alkali-Free Aluminoborosilicate Float Glass

Tin penetration profile in the bottom surface of alkali-free aluminoborosilicate glass (AFAB), which was manufactured by the float process, was recorded on a secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) in comparison with that of soda-lime-silicate glass (SLS). According to the results, there was no apparent "hump" in AFAB while it was observed in SLS.
