Thermoelastic Deformation Of Optical Elements Caused By Light Absorption In Glass

In this paper, a theoretical study is made of the effect of light absorption in the optical system on the accuracy of the surface shapes of its elements. By solving the self-consistent system of equations of electrodynamics, heat conduction, and thermoelasticity, a calculation is made of the temperature deformations of optical elements during use.
