Is There Any Fruit Left On The Energy-Savings Tree?

Glassmakers need to get the most glass out of whatever fuel purchasing agents can provide. Since the introduction of modern regenerative furnaces, the energy required to produce glass has decreased greatly. Future furnace design improvements will be difficult. Glassmakers need to concentrate on things they can influence in their operation.
