Sensor Wireless, a Canadian IT company, approached Glass Technology Services with a solution called Agent Quality Control (AgentQC). It looks just like a real product, moves freely through the supply chain with real product, experiences all the same handling and environmental forces, and reports back what it is experiencing in real time. When a critical event occurs, it can be seen immediately, and a time and date stamped report is provided. The system is explained in more detail in this article.
