Swedish crystal maker Orrefors Kosta Boda has announced plans to lay off 200 workers in a bid to cut costs amid declining sales. New Wave Group, which bought the company in 2005, claims that annual savings of around US$25M would be made as a result. The job cuts are additional to the 100 that were announced September 2008.
