Swarovski Jewellery License Agreement With Hugo Boss

German fashion group Hugo Boss AG has signed a jewellery licence agreement with Amazar Holding AG, as subsidiary of Austrian crystal maker Swarovski. Hugo Boss said in a statement 21 March 2007. The 6-year agreement covers the production and worldwide distribution of jewellery collections for men and women under the Boss brand name, the company added. Accessories are a key growth segment for Hugo Boss that has been consistently expanding for the last several years, Hugo Boss CEO B Saelzer said. The first collections will be present in the spring of 2008 and will be available at Hug Boss stores and other department and jewellery outlets from July 2008. Swarovski will be mainly responsible for the production of crystal jewellery.
