Study Of Antipacterial Activity Of Metal Nanoparticle Absorbed Fly-Ash Based Ceramics

The bactericidal action of silver nanoparticles has been observed by many researchers over the last few years. In this study,t he authors have developed an antibacterial ceramic (ACs) by absorbing synthesized silver nanoparticles within the ceramic matrix developed from an abundantly available coal fly ash, an extremely hazardous by-product of thermal power plants.
