Structure Of Vanadate Glasses

Vanadate glasses form a reltively new class of vitreous materials belonging to the amorphous oxide semiconductors and possessing electronic conductivity. Since electron transport depends on the structure it is of interest to study the short range order of these glasses. This investigation is one of a sequence of papers presented on the structure of vandate glasses using IR-sprectroscopy.
