Stein Heurtey Develop New Melting Process

Stein Heurtey has developed and patented a new melting process for lead crystal and soda-lime glass called Helix Melt, and has been running a prototype unit at a glassworks in France. It offers fast melting with high glass quality; quick colour change; lower melting temperature and energy consumption; lower NOx levels and smaller melting surface. (whole item)
