STO Flaconnage, part of Austria's Stolzle-Oberglas, has launched a series of standard personal care bottles from its Knottingley, West Yorkshire factory. The first is in Carlton, a classic rectangular shape with straight shoulders available in 100ml & 30ml sizes, with 50ml on request. "It offers designers a generous face for decoration & complete flexibility of approach," says Mark Devonald-Smith, director of UK Perfumery & Personal Care. "The heavyweight glass is in line with traditional flaconnage & reflects prestige. It is a versatile bottle that will accept a range of closures. All the new ranges will follow these principles." Stolzle-Oberglas has recently invested substantially in double & single gob manufacturing equipment in Knottingley.
