[Sri Lanka] Piramal Continues Expansion Programme

Container glass producer Piramal Glass Ceylon, the only container glass manufacturer in Sri Lanka is undergoing an expansion and modernisation exercise at its Sri Lankan manufacturing facility. Currently, the re-aligning of its furnace with an expansion of capacity to 300/tpd and the refurbishment and repair work on the company's downstream facility is in progress. The company is investing Rs 3BN for this modernisation and expansion.
