Colour Cote is the new revolutionary sprayed system for colouring glass of different types offered by Glasslam. Colour Cote is a two-pack with, say the firm, the ability to in-house mix any pigments to achieve an infinite range of BS, RAL and Pantone colours. The spray is applied at room temperature and is dry to the tough in one hour. Colour Cote can be sprayed onto monolithic glass such as toughened, textured and float, with striking results. Alternatively, it can be resin (CIP) laminated after it has been applied, so as encapsulating the sprayed surface. According to Glasslam, the ability to laminate after spraying eliminates the problem of toughened coloured laminated glass and the sometimes objectionable clear tape edge.
