Spectral Analysis Of Glasses For Titanium, Antimony, Cerium, And Iron

Rapid, inexpensive procedures for determining TiO2, Sb2O3, CeO2 and Fe2O3 in small amounts ((0.05-0.5%) in glasses by atomic emission spectrography have been developed. The analysis of 3-5 samples for these impurities can be completed in 6-7 hours by using the techniques described.
