[Soda Ash] India May Struggle Under Chinese Onslaught?

There seems to be tough competition ahead for Indian soda ash makers in South East Asian markets with China being the main problem. Currently, there is a rise in soda ash demand and consumption in the PRC, but analysts say any change in the situation could cause the Chinese to increase their export offerings in the SE Asian markets, which could prove to be a major threat for firms in the Indian subcontinent, which are now getting huge orders in the region. Top Indian industry experts have conceded that though there is no imminent threat from China, the situation could change drastically in the next 2 years.
